How to use

TOPTHERM CLEAN F STEEL should be sprayed with its specific sprayer on the cold (not hot) surface to be cleaned until the entire surface has been wet. Allow to react for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not wet the refractory material. Brush and wash well with abundantly water. For persistent sediments, it may require a second application.

The surface to be cleaned should be well wet until it has been soaked.

TUTORIAL – STEP BY STEP

Cleaning operation
• Ensure to have the right quantity of CLEAN F STEEL available (lower concentrations than the recommended do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentration do not cause problems.)
• Remove the burner from the primary heat exchanger.
• Connect the sprayer to the CLEAN F STEEL tank (Caution: CORROSIVE PRODUCT).
• Spray the product abundantly on the entire heat exchanger surface.
• Allow the product to react for 5-15 minutes.
• Fill INJET up with fresh clean water and wash the entire surface out.
• If there are still some persistent deposits, it may require a second application.
• For safety reason, never use CLEAN F STEEL with pressured sprayers.
• Rinse the sprayer with water to avoid those saline incrustations will form and block passages.
