CLEAN SOL

To remove deteriorated glycol caused by stagnation and metal oxides

How to use

Let TOPTHERM CLEAN SOL circulate inside the collector from 10 up to 30 minutes with external pump TOPFLUSH. At the end of the operation thoroughly rinse the system. Rinsing should continue until water presents the same pH and conductivity of the inlet water. Replenish the system with TOPTHERM SOLAR 12 or SOLAR 28.
• RESTORES THE CORRECT HEAT EXCHANGE
• HELPS IN ENERGY SAVING
• MAXIMIZES SYSTEM EFFICIENCY

Usage

Dilute the product with half water (50%). Max operational temperature: 40°C. Cover the collectors during the cleaning operation. Lower concentrations do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentrations do not cause problems.

TUTORIAL – STEP BY STEP

Cleaning operation
• Cover the solar panel.
• Drain the solar plant.
• Check the quantity of fluid present inside the system or the system dimensions.
• Ensure to have the right quantity of CLEAN SOL available (lower concentration than the recommended do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentration do not cause problems).
• Connect the external pump TOPFLUSH to allow a correct circulation.
• Add mains water to the system.
• Put the external pump TOPFLUSH on.
• Add the correct quantity of cleaning product CLEAN SOL inside the tank of the external pump.
Let the product circulate from 10 to 30 minutes.
• Rinse the solar thermal system with mains water.
• Drain the system.
• Add the antifreeze product TOPTHERM SOLAR 12 or SOLAR 28.
