CLEAN BOILER

To remove metal oxides and limescale deposits from traditional and/or condensig boiler’s primary circuit.

How to use

Add TOPTHERM CLEAN BOILER to the B-TANK vessel. Fill the vessel with water and connect it to the boiler’s inlet and outlet. Let the product circulate inside the boiler from 2 up to 8 hours with the boiler pump.
Using 1 kg of TOPTHERM CLEAN BOILER with 1-3 hours of circulation, allow to remove boiler’s noise and most of its incrustations (30-60%).
To avoid the re-formation of incrustations, clean the system with TOPTHERM CLEAN 5 or 10 and refill it with TOPTHERM PROTECT 1 as inhibitor.
• RESTORES THE CORRECT HEAT EXCHANGE
• REDUCES NOISE
• HELPS IN ENERGY SAVING
• MAXIMIZES SYSTEM EFFICIENCY

Usage

(10-20%) Add 1-2 kg of TOPTHERM CLEAN BOILER inside the B-TANK vessel. Lower concentrations do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentrations do not cause problems.

Cleaning operation, USING THE BOILER CIRCULATOR
• Before administration, ensure that the system does not contain other chemicals than TOPTHERM. If in doubt, drain the system and refill it with mains water.
• Check the boiler dimensions
• Ensure to have the right quantity of CLEAN BOILER + B-TANK available (lower concentrations than the recommended do not yield satisfactory results. Any higher concentration do not cause problems.)
CLEAN BOILER does not contain E.D.T.A., it does not corrode any type of metal nor plastic
• Connect the B-TANK to the inlet and outlet of the boiler (suction from the lower part and back from the higher part)
• Add the CLEAN BOILER to the B-TANK and fill-up the tank with mains water.
• Open the inlet tap of boiler after having filled-up all pipes and make escape the air inside the system.
• Check that pressure is between 1 and 1,5 bar.
• Put the boiler circulator on.
Let the product circulate from 4 to 8 hours.
• During cleaning operation it is possible to produce domestic hot water.
Open a tap from a sink with hot water for 15-30 minutes as to clean also the secondary heat exchanger.
• Drain the product from the B-TANK tap.
• Rinse the boiler with mains water.
