T-MAG CLEANER 30

MAGNETIC FILTER WITH FLOW RATE UP TO 5 m³/h FOR INSTALLATION IN PARALLEL

T-MAG CLEANER 30 is a new generation magnetic and mechanical filter which removes iron oxides and debris from commercial heating systems during the normal system operation. It can be installed in parallel.

Through T-MAG CLEANER 30 cleaning operation is not necessary to powerflushing or draining the system, avoiding additional costs for water draining under current standards.

T-MAG CLEANER 30 is made in stainless steel AISI 304: one of its section has been developed to stop all iron oxides through 12.000 GAUSS magnets; in the other section has been housed a mechanical filter which stops all non-magnetic debris through 60 micron filter cartridge.

It is possible to remove any iron oxides from T-MAG CLEANER magnets just closing inlet and outlet valves, connecting a water pipe, removing the magnet from the top, opening the water flow valve and the drain valve. The filter cartridge can be removed, washed with tap water and then assembled again. Thanks to this cleaning operation it is not necessary to drain the water from the heating system.

The T-MAG CLEANER 30 high separation rate of iron oxides from water can be achieved by adding the inhibitor PROTECT 1, certified by BUILDCERT, which guarantees the best protection from corrosion and allows the iron oxides to be attracted from the magnet. Furthermore, add the dispersing agent CLEAN 1 to remove an higher quantity of metal oxides, which it can stay with PROTECT 1 inside the system.
